I used to grow pumpkins for pies and would cook the seeds in salted water, then toss them with a bit of olive oil, top with seasalt and toast in the oven...mmmmmmm. If you toast them on too high a heat they start to pop all over the oven like popcorn, LOL! I use all squash seeds for the same purpose....nummy fiber!
