My friend from Ottawa, Canada,(school teacher, aerobic trainer) who was also a person on Susan's website (from which I was banned :0), sent me this latest blurp on her. She is also no longer a follower of hers...and yet, as I was, loved her early ideas. This is a long interview, but read it all, if you will. Let me know what you think, willya?
