Hi everyone - really miss the board, but can only post and not read any messages. Have asked for help from vegsource with no response at all from them, and have posted on the tech support board as well. I can see other boards so it seems to be selective. I get the board up but no messages. It has to be some setting somewhere, and I suspect it must be windows or Explorer related. If anyone has any suggestions please email me! In the mean time hope you are all well and enjoying your fitness! My broken arm is nearly better - I can do cardio and lower body but have to be careful with upper body with weights. Have been working specific muscles to get my shoulder moving again. All very interesting. I am really looking forward to being able to do a full weigths program again.
