I too hate working out. If my husband didn't love it so much I wouldn't do it at all. My husband and I work out 3 times a week for an hour at a time and still I am 10 pounds overweight. I will have to try your idea of finding an activity that I enjoy for cardio. Probably that would help me not dread it so much. I really enjoy Yoga but noticed I gain weight if I drop the cardio. I've continued Yoga for stress reduction but would like it to replace weight lifting (which I loathe). Does Yoga count as "weight bearing exercise" as far as osteoporosis prevention goes? Does anyone know?
