Cissy, if you read this, I only do up to 4 lbs. for shoulders because of what you wrote long
ago! And I do two exercises for rotator cuff.

I wonder if Bernie got running?

Anyway, today was a rest day. Although I did grocery shopping and that might count as
aerobic. And lifting bags for strength training.
