Ok, went for awalk aroudn the downtown right after dawn(it was drizzling!)...interesting place that time of day....this afternoon did upper body weights and am about to get on my fitness ball and do a 45 minute workout video....it's so gloomy here in Michigan today I needed to do something to boost my mood!Love to you all!
