some cardio again. I was very consistent with strength training last week. My goal this week
is to add in walking and swimming several times.

Well, if your knees are making horrific crunching noises, I'd say you're wise *not* to be doing
crunches!! Sometimes my elbows make real weird noises. I don't want to know!
