Glider for me for 20 minutes and upper body weights. And Mary, I didn't answer you're question below about if I do lower body also...yes, but just the muscles that don't get used on my treadmill or glider, the outer and inner ones. I do some simple calesthenics for those. I don't do squats, though I probably should, since my knees make this horrific crunching sound that gives me the shivers, LOL!
