The other Joyce board can be accessed by clicking on Other Discussion Boards on upper left
of this page, then go to Get Fit w/Vedral. You can't get to it from her site any more so I don't
think many people know how to find it.

I like Bone Building. Angie on this board also has it. I like Joyce's workouts--not fancy but
they work. I have several others too.

I'm size 14/16 and want to be several sizes smaller. It'll come if I keep up the strength
training and add some cardio regularly!
