I guess maybe most people are on her paid site? I did not realize there was still another site discussing Joyce. My workouts have been going pretty well, thanks! In 1999 or so I became very enthused with Joyce but never got it all off the ground (had elderly parents who were very sick). In 2002 I lost the both of them - my mother in Feb. and my father in Nov. All last year I was sick - and just restarted it all (being now able) this year. Actually started aerobic walking at beginning of June (that's been going really well) - and Joyce on Aug. 2nd to be exact (using her Workout 101). Started with 1, 2, and 3 lb. weights - and moved up til using 4, 5, and 8 (didn't take too long). Then (on Aug. 29th) started Bone Building (which I also really love). I see very nice changes in my shoulders (my deltoids are getting built up some) - in a very nice, female muscle kinda way. . .and I am stronger for carrying tons of stuff at once, etc. :-) They FEEL and LOOK so great! So figure this - only 2 months worth (or just over) of work on shoulders, and already such a difference!? It's definitely worth sticking with. NOW if only I can get the lower body workout aced! All the best to you and please tell me more of your experiences!
