But I use an electric pump to pump mine up.....too lazy. I use a video that came with my friend's ball...it's about 45 minutes and does the entire body. Hope you like it...I like mine! Oh, and yes, the fact that it doesn't seem to be expanding quickly is normal since it takes a lot of pressure to expand the stupid things. :0)
