I did use the vacuum, took a couple of minutes. The ball is not as large as I thought it would
be. The package included a measuring tape so you don't over fill it (HA! they haven't used
their own footpumps!). And there's inches leftover on it. I don't know what that means--
maybe it's from a bigger ball. Not sure.

I tried one stretch on the ball, where you lay with your back on the ball to stretch your spine.
It felt good but definitely the ball wiggles alot. Also, I'm fairly close to the ground. I'm
suspicious the ball is not the right height, but it's filled and quite firm. I guess I'll just try it
out for a week or so.

I know you were all waiting with baited breath for the end of the exercise ball story!
