Subject: Workouts for Thursday!

Upper body and some yoga. I'm not sure why, but I woke up with sore elbows. That's new.
Yesterday I worked the footpump for the exercise ball with my hands for awhile. That's the
only thing new I've been doing. Oh yeah, well I'm strength training regularly. I suppose that's
the answer! I feel like I'm on a roll. Not much cardio, but one step at a time.
How's your exercise day going? Hope it's a good one.
