I had some time today so I started with the foot pump. It's taking forever. It's a large round
form now, but according to the tape it has a long ways to go. After a certain point it just
hasn't looked like it's expanding. Does this sound normal? On the other hand, I can't detect a
leak.

Also, is there a faster way than the foot pump. I'd love to use the vacuum, but I can't figure
out how!

On the positive side, I sweated more pumping it up than I did when i did lower body this
morning!
