I've been doing 8 Min in the Morning for a couple of years...on and off. I like it a lot and do try to stay with it. I log my steps on a calendar that is here on the computer desk. It keep me accountable. If I do recumbent stationary bike or treadmill, then I can log that, too. America on the Move is interesting; I wish they had a message board like this one. Did you get into it through the book, "The Step Diet"?
