I have some of her videos but I mostly use her "Weight Training Made Easy" book. For me it works best. I just do the routines at my own pace. Love that! I also have her bone building workout book which I gave to my mom. She and dad are at the senior center taking weight training classes three times a week. They've been at it for the second year now and are the oldest folks there. My mom lifts a lot more than I do and she's 70! Dad is 76 and the only guy in the class besides the instructor, which he likes, LOL! This just proves that you are never too old for fitness.:0)
