Who cares if we gain a few, lose a few....as long as we don't give up. You're right, life is complex. Hubby just had a full physical and all his numbers are great! But, he has tumors on his lungs.....probably cancer. Life sucks, and then you die :0( He's having another x-ray on Monday and we'll go from there. Let's hope it comes back as something funky...not cancer.
As for what I've done....I'm back to my weight training which I've avoided like the plague because of my shoulders but I used to look soooo good :0( I miss all those toned mooskles.
So what have you been up to besides walking the pooch? And yes, I read the posts she had on her site about the supplements. Is everyone about the almighty dollar?-Angie :0)
