Tues I took off. It was pay day and I just had to much work to do. Wed was Upperbody weights, bike= 22k, and Karate. This morning I did just Cardio , b= 20k, no lower body weights because one knee joint feels "Tight" from karate last night. Not sore, but more like that feeling you get in a joint just before it makes a good cracking sound and then feels better again, only I can't seem to make it crack so it just feels "tight". Oh well, I'll work it out throughtout the day I'm sure. Good Days everyone.
