stretching. Tonite is cardio and yoga. I hate to admitt it but I am a scale watcher, I weigh-in. It helps me stay motivated and concentrate on my goal. I just found out that for some Karate competitions they use weight catigories and I will have to weigh-in to compete. I guess it's a good thing that I don't have a scale phobia or I'd be in trouble.
