for the human brain to establish and activity as a "Habit". You need to find something that you LOVE to do. Much easier said than done sometimes. Your weight/bf sounds really good. In fact your right that going up few pounds would be even better. Since you are already relativly healthy why don't you try a sport instead of a regimented workout. A lot of people find planned, repetative workout just impossible to follow. Take a month and try out some new sports. Try something you have never done before, or maybe something you have always wanted to do but have never acted on : soccer, karate, kickboxing, belly dancing, Hula, etc. Phone local clubs and explain that you are looking for a new sport/activity and you would like to join in with them a few times and see if you enjoy it. Most clubs are more than happy to have people visit and see what they think. My sport is Karate. It was something I had always wanted to do and one day I decide that just thinking about it was silly. I joined a karate club the next day and LOVE it! I even Compete in tournements now!
