for the human brain to establish and activity as a "Habit". You need to find something that you LOVE to do. Much easier said than done sometimes. Your weight/bf sounds really good. In fact your right that going up few pounds would be even better. Since you are already relativly healthy why don't you try a sport instead of a regimented workout. A lot of people find planned, repetative workout just impossible to follow. Take a month and try out some new sports. Try something you have never done before, or maybe something you have always wanted to do but have never acted on : soccer, karate, kickboxing, belly dancing, Hula, etc. Phone local clubs and explain that you are looking for a new sport/activity and you would like to join in with them a few times and see if you enjoy it. Most clubs are more than happy to have people visit and see what they think. My sport is Karate. It was something I had always wanted to do and one day I decide that just thinking about it was silly. I joined a karate club the next day and LOVE it! I even Compete in tournements now!
The trick is that you are trying to find and activity that you can enjoy enough that you WANT to do it. Not something that you feel you HAVE do do.
If it's still planned workout's that you would like to do then there is nothing wrong with switching up your workouts every few weeks. If you want to go that route then find 2 - 4 workout tapes that you enjoy and rotate through them: tape #1 for a week, tape #2 for a week, tape #3 for a week and then start again. There is no rule that says you have to find one tape and stick to it for the rest of your life.
No matter what you choose, wheither it's rotating tapes or a new sport, just remember to stick to it for 30 days and after that it will just be a habit for you.

Good Luck. Let us know how it goes.
