Hey all. I've been lurking around on this board for a while now, and you guys never cease to amaze me. What really amazes me about you guys is how you're able to maintain a rigorous workout plan, day in and day out--and not get bored!!

I've gone through all sorts of workout plans, from doing videos (I have Tamilee Webb's 'I Want that Body', and a few cardio videos) to a walking/jogging program, to yoga, to a mixed program of my own devising. However, I never seem to be able to keep it up for more than 2 weeks at a time! Either I don't see any results, I start hating the workout, or I just...get bored. I really wish I could find something that is fun, doesn't require a lot of money, and really gets me in good shape!

I'm sure many of you have struggled with the same stuff that I'm going through, so I'd like to hear about what works/what doesn't work for you guys.

Just a little background info on myself: I'm a 5'8" 19-year-old female, 119 lbs with 18% bf (I could probably stand to gain a little), and while I have access to a gym, I much prefer working out at home. I have about half an hour a day to devote to exercise (this is on top of the hour and a half of moderate-slow walking that I do every day for transportation). Most importantly, I want something that's fun _and_ that will help me put on some nice, shapely muscle!
