I also have had the same exact problems. Ive had this since feb 06. Long heavy periods, cramping, spoting all those things. But i also think that non- hormonal thing is a little false because im going through something like depression or mood changes and its only happened since i had this in. i need to find out if anyone else is going through the same thing
