I got it inserted April 2007 and have not had any problems. It was
a little crampy when I first got it and my periods which had been
crampless, 2-days and very light now come with a little bit of
cramps (nothing causing me to take midol or time off, just a
noticeable twinge) and last 3-4 days, which is within normal range
and not a problem at all.

The only problem I had is that your supposed to check for it every
month and I couldn't find it - everything was fine, it was just me
being stupid.

It's great and works well for many women. I do love mine. I have
no kids yet (32 y.o. and divorced) and will probably get it removed
when/if it is time to have babies and then get another one after
baby making until menopause. Seriously, I am that in love with it
