Iwas also told that the pain would feel like menstral cramps and i agree that they lied. I too was in a world of pain, i felt as if labor was starting all over again. I also had a heavy period and then spotted afterwards. I have only had one period since the insertion, i wonder if this is normal. If any one can help me please e-mail me!
