Yea those severe painful cramps are normal I had that the day after omg it hurt so bad I didn't know what to do but it's completely normal just take lots of IBprophen or if you can purchase some excedrin back and body it took the pain away otherwise you'll have the pain for days. I had to take it cuz I'm a stay at home Mommy with an active daughter and couldn't lay down to rest but 9 months later I'm fine have had no problems with it and love it and knowing I have control over my fertility and being able to wait to have another little one when I'm ready.
