seriously, Sara, you already know the answer to this. You have what nature gave you. you can use a padded uplift bra for a little visual magic, or you can have surgery. Surgery is ALWAYS risky, no matter what. And any time you're implanting any foreign substance into your body, there's a risk involved. One MAJOR risk is that it can interfere with your ability to breastfeed a baby later. I'd go for the bra. It's cheaper and safer.
