I tore the first about five times I had sex. My girlfriend was gentle and we didn't use any toys or anything I was just tight I guess. It didn't hurt as we were making love just after I was bloody and when I checked I could find a little tear. Eventually I stretched out and she broke my hymen and everything was better. I guess I don't really have much advise. If it doesn't hurt then I'd suggest taking it gently and eventually it will scar enough you shouldn't still tear. If it hurts then I'd do whatever it takes to find out how to fix it. Good luck!
