my story is much like yours - i've had the copper IUD for about 4 months and that old blood thing is just a total pain in the ass. i've said recently that while the norm used to be not bleeding and then experiencing a period for about 7-10 days of the month (i've always had long periods) that now the norm is to NOT bleed for only 7-10 days a month. bullsh!t. i'm giving this damn thing a year - tops and if i'm still in the constant pain and bleeding i currently experience, my dude and i are switching to vasectomy for BC. stupid vaginas.
