Subject:	vaginal tearing

I have had this problem for awhile. I had Lichen planus but that is under control. I tear when I have sex. It is usually at the point by the episiotomy site..have had three. We use lots of KY. I am in my early 40s. I have seen a Dr. but did not get much help. Anyone had a similiar problem? What can I do? I am ready to give up on sex but that would not be fair to hubby. He is so patient but I feel so guilty! Please help with advice.
