Subject:	please help-vaginal dryness and burning

hello, for probably at least a week, i have had a lot of dryness down there, and it's somewhat itchy and at times burning, but it's not that bad. Also, i have been spotting since like a week after my period stopped. the blood is very dark brownish looking, but there's not that much blood.

any ideas what is going on? i've never had a vaginal infection of any kind, so i really am not sure. could it be a urinary infection?
