Your doctor should have offered to do an ultrasound, or x-ray if ulrasound didn't show anything. What is it with all these doctors telling their patients "I can't see it, I don't know what to tell you" when they're only looking *at* your cervix and not *inside* your uterus. That's just lazy and negligent. Go to another doctor, one who will take your concerns seriously and work with you. That goes for anyone whose doctor doesn't give them a satisfactory answer, and by that I mean an answer that actually answers your question. If they're too lazy to work with you, they don't deserve your business. And you deserve better, so demand it.
