I have a question about the pill. Should your bleeding start the same day you take the inactive (or sugar) pill? when I take the pills it always takes about 2-3 days of taking the inactive pills before my period actually starts. is this normal? also is there a chance of getting pregnant in that time from when you start the inactive pills and the bleeding starts? These questions have always been on my mind and i have never found an answer on any site i look. I had a healthy pap smear just 4 months back, so I know i'm healthy. I was just curious to know if it is safe to have sex in that time without getting pregnant or not. I've asked my boyfriend to use a condom at these times just to be safe (just like i do if i ever miss a pill, we use a condom for 7 days afterward).But I wanted to find an answer to these questions because I find condoms very uncomfortable no matter how arroused I may be.
