HI all! It's been awhile since I've asked for vegsource help, but the last time I did (from managing severe period cramps to getting rid of black widow spiders), everyone was a tremendous help. This time, I'm actually representing my sister. She is pregnant, due in Sept., and having difficulty finding books/sites about her childbirth options -- in this case, actual body positions, breathing, or anything at all to help her during the hospital delivery. I guess she doesn't necessarily want an entire book on a specific "method," but more of a collection of tips & anecdotes on what other women have done while delivering a child. She and hubby go to the hospital every other week for childbirth-101 type classes, but she said the info. is pretty general and only one class is devoted to breath work. Also, out of all the books at Border's, she only found one that mentioned a little bit about things she can do during labor & delivery. Does anyone have any info. or titles of books (alternative press/indie, perhaps?) I may pass on to her?
