I am 52 years old and have decided to take an active part in my health and well being. I have been taking Zoloft 50mg for over a year, which helped me with the tension & sleeping part of menopase. I decide to quit cold turkey three days ago.I really want to detox my liver and eat right and take natural herbs to help with the menopase and weight( I gained over 40 lbs while on Zoloft.)I know nothing about natural foods and herbs. I don't want to take a bunch of stuff and do more damage than good for my over all health. I bought Hoodia for the weight loss, but haven't taken any yet. Can anyone give me some guidance on how to get on a road to a healtier lifestyle? Thanks :)Bonnie
