you don't say how old you are. Fish is not going to lead to pregnancy, and given the data about pcbs, pbbs, methylmercury, etc., etc. and learning disability, I wouldn't eat fish before or during pregnancy even if I were not vegan.

If you are much over 35, your fertility could be dropping. You might have to just keep trying longer. 110 is not, btw, a terribly low cholesterol reading. It's healthy. It just looks low to doctors who haven't seen anyone at a healthy weight or cholesterol level in decades.
