Subject:	Long Term Compliance - Weight Loss Per Year

Hi Everyone,

For those of use following a VLF lifestyle (I have been strictly enjoying for 6.5 years) what has been your average weight loss per year after you have reached your goal weight, or close to it. For me, I have found myself losing 5 pounds per year after year 3. (Currently I am 185 and 6'1"")
