Find some fruits and vegetables you do like and find unique ways to prepare them. Comb the net for new recipes to try. I love to cook and since becoming (mostly) vegan, I have learned to cook quinoa, couscous, and tofu, and my current favourite is risotto. I still want to play with millet and bulgur. :-) Make an effort to try a new fruit or vegetable each week when out grocery shopping. Do you eat enough beans? You need minimum 1 cup per day for your health and well being. How about nuts and seeds? These are vital. Good luck!
