I've not tried their frozen food program, though I understand they do offer this option. But we have eaten Del's food, and he is a fantastic chef. All vegan, all healthy. His stuffed shells & oven-baked tofu--wonderful. I'm sure you can contact Del with any questions, he's awfully nice, too!
