Subject:	Pressure Cookers and Vegan

I have been having a lot of bowel troubles and wish to clear that up by eating vegan , plus I've always loved the taste on veggies, grains, legumes, fruit, nuts, seeds.

Does anyone know how to pressure cook beans - the proportion, soaked beans to water. The beans I've made have come our way to dry, got several pounds of adzuki beans but am having trouble cooking them and end up buying Edens canned adzukis. Thanks.
