It seems that my cycle has gone a little haywire!
Over the last 30 weeks, i have lost 30 pounds, by following a very active lifestyle, and eating a relatively low-fat vegan diet , and also calorie counting, averaging anywhere from 1200-1800 cals.
My cycle has always been typically very on-time, and regular, but in the last 2 months it's gone 'weird'.
Last month, it was 10 days late (with initial spotting which i never used to get).
This month, well i am currently still waiting..21 days late so far. (i plan on doing a preg test tomorrow although i doubt very much that i am).
My bmi is currently 21.3 -
any ideas why this is happening ? is it the weight loss, the exercise, the combination, the diet ? i try to eat very high in whole foods, minimally processed, take a multi etc.. (although have not been taking my multi very regularly).
any advice is appreciated.
