Subject:         How to?

Hello all. Ok, I've actually thought about this for many years, and even became vegetarian for 2 years as a teen with my parents, which was about 15 years ago. Now I'm a mom, with daughters ranging in ages from 2 - 9 years old. I'm ready to make this step again, and I want to do it right. My daughters and I have talked about it, and they're very happy about this. We're making this transition together. On TOP of this, I have weight to lose. (I've had 4 kids.) We drink pop, we don't eat healthy, etc. Probably the worst we can be doing actually. This must stop, and making this change will only make it that much better on us in so many ways.
So.. I guess my first question is... Where do I begin? What do I do tomorrow, literally, when I get up and need to feed the kids breakfast? AND, how do I do it in a healthy way? How do I grocery shop? What do I want to see, and DON'T want to see on labels?
Alright, I know that's a lot.. I need help from the ground up here! Any takers?? :)))
