True, what is so great is that the same eating lifestyle that can prevent and control diabetes and heart disease also lowers your risk for cancer, osteoporosis, gallstones, and a host of other diseases.
Besides, it's such a great way to eat, once you are past the "learning curve" and used to eating this way you realize how much more interesting it is than eating the other old boring way!
