I have recently acquired a nameless electric food dehydrator which does not have a fan. It has four drying racks, a lid with up to 16 possible vents as well as a variable number of vents on the bottom. I have no instruction book. Does anyone know how to go about this type of food dehydration. Otherwise a lot of experimentation will have to be done to use it properly. I would appreciate whatever help someone can offer.
