I've been vegan for over 2 years. A year and a half ago I started gaining weight. I cannot seem to lose any. I go to the gym at least 3 times a week, I don't eat junk, and yet I cannot get these pounds to go away. I also don't take a multi-vitamin though, but I hear that has nothing to do with the weight gain. What am I doing wrong and does my veganism have anything to do with this?
