I ate nothing but raw fruit and nuts (1/4 c a day) and i also ate olives and some avacado when i needed something a bit more to take the edge off hunger and lost 12 pounds in 5 days...of course i fell of the wagon and can't seem to get back on...and all my weight came right on back...
