Just consume more calories than you usually do if you can't find those "fatty treats".Nuts and seeds are usually high in fat.Have some soy protein and start lifting some weights to add some tone. Be happy with your weight. If you hate it so much you can always go back to a diet high in transfat,cooked fat-filled burgers,and fast food that clogs my liver up just by talking about it. Maybe you're not too thin.Maybe you're just not used to having less "YOU".Atleast you won't have a high risk of heart disease and cancer being thin.
