Just started Yoga (in January), and I LOVE it. Find a nice, non-threatening group, where they will teach in a calm atmosphere and push you - but push you to KNOW your limits and expend them little by little. I found Yoga - and the relaxation and meditation around - also make me very aware of my body, its limits, and my relationship to it. As the previous poster pointed out, you definitly seem in need of a spiritual lift *gives big virtual hug*. What about a nice church? As a single living alone and abroad, my spiritual community (the Salvation Army) is very important to my well-being. Some churches have also "in-built" exercise programs, I know my old church in Brussels used to. Exercise all together, and then share a drink and prayer. Now, I call that killing two birds with one stone - or, for that forum, killing two artichokes with one stone ;)
