I had a huge bowl of John C's Brocolcannon (recipe below) last night for dinner. It is DELICIOUS, and just as important for culinary-challenged people like myself -- very easy to prepare. I am going to be eating this often. The only change I made was to use garlic instead of onions. Thanks, John C!
