Subject: vegan wanting to lose 10 lbs...

I've been vegan only for a couple months and love it!! I like the food, I like the weight loss! I've noticed I've just stopped losing weight though. I eat rolled oats with flaxseed and a fruit in the morning, another fruit and lentils or something for lunch, and then for dinner I eat tons of vegetables with a whole grain. I feel like I'm being pretty darn healthy. I workout competitively 6 times a week swimming. Should I take a break from working out? that gives me anxiety! lol- seems like I'd gain weight right? Maybe I need to just give my body more time. How long has it taken some of you to lose weight? any advice?
