Breakfast: Porridge made with oat bran, rice bran, wheat germ, and oats. Soy milk. Baked apple with cinnamon and ginger. Red grapefruit. Lunch and Dinner - I really don't know yet. Today is my "clean the kitchen and fridge, shopping and cooking" day. Whatever develops. Collards are somewhere on the menu, since I got two HUGE bunches at the store.
